RESOLVED: Learn@UW/D2L - Content Item Errors

From approximately 3:45 PM until 4:15 PM, users may have experienced errors while trying to access HTML or PDF Content items or while attempting to upload in the D2L/Learn@UW service.
The problem was narrowed down to a recent change made to the infrastructure. The immediate effect was mitigated at approximately 4:15 PM, and a solution to the issue was implemented at approximately 4:40 PM. Users should no longer be experiencing errors while accessing or uploading in the Content tool.
Steps are being taken to prevent this issue from happening in the future. We appreciate your patience while this was resolved!
