Canvas Enrollments Not Updating

Several users have reported that their Canvas access hasn't been updated to reflect their current enrollment. The Learn@UW Madison team has been informed by the Registrar's Office that the updated enrollment information sent from the UW-Madison Student Information System (SIS) to Canvas has been delayed due to the SIS outage that occurred on Wednesday, September 12th.
The Registrar's Office is currently working to correct this issue, and we expect an update of enrollment information within Canvas at approximately 1:30 PM today, September 14th. Please note that any adds or drops made to courses within the Student Information System (SIS) in the past 36 hours will be delayed until this new information is sent.
