Spring 2019 Cross-Listed Course or Enrollment "Missing"

On January 7th, at approximately 8:30 AM (CT), a fix was implemented to correct an issue with courses designated as cross-listed or "meets with" not being combined properly within Canvas. After this fix was in place, and the courses were combined, users may have noticed their access to the old, non-combined course and its contents is now missing.
Although instructors can no longer see these courses, the old, non-combined course and its contents can be retrieved through administrative access.
If your course is designated as a cross-listed or "meets with" course, and you need to retrieve materials you worked on in the old course, please contact the DoIT Helpdesk (https://wiscit.wisc.edu/CherwellPortal/WiscIT). Your case will be routed to Learn@UW Support, and we can assist you from there.
