Standardized Start Times
All School of Music ensemble performances (student and faculty), faculty recitals, faculty events, and guest artist performances scheduled at the Hamel Music Center on weekdays should begin at 7:30 PM. Weekend performances should be scheduled for 11:00 AM, 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM, or 7:30 PM. These events may not be scheduled:
- the Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving
- during Thanksgiving recess
- between semesters
- during Spring break
- on Easter Sunday
- or on major holidays observed by the University.
