Accounting: Booking Local Travel for a Guest
You may use Lyft (only) to arrange for transportation for your in town guest artist. Please follow the below rules for to ensure proper booking:
To book Lyft for an in-town guest:
- The guest must have the Lyft app installed on their phones
- Contact Mike Boman, mboman@wisc.edu to request a ride code
- Provide that code to your guest to enter into the app.
- The fee will be covered at no cost to the traveler
- Plan ahead
