Bulletin Board 1: Official School of Music promotional materials

These bulletin boards are for exclusive use of School of Music administration to promote School of Music events. Any materials posted here not generated and posted by School of Music administration will be removed and discarded.

Bulletin Board 2: School of Music student recitals

These bulletin board are used exclusively for students to post information related to School of Music student recitals.

Any materials posted here not (1) posted by a student, and (2) regarding a School of Music student recital will be removed and discarded. Only one 8.5”x11” posting is allowed per student recital and all such postings will be removed and discarded after the recital has passed. Student recital posters may not be posted earlier than two weeks prior to the performance date.

Bulletin Board 3: School of Music general information

These bulletin board are for exclusive use of School of Music faculty and staff to share general information about the School of Music. Students may not use this bulletin board. Any materials posted here not generated and posted by School of Music faculty or staff will be removed and discarded. 

Bulletin Board 4: Community music promotion

These bulletin boards are for use of non-School of Music organizations or individuals to provide information regarding musical events in the greater Madison area.

Only information regarding  music-related events in the greater Madison area are allowed. Only one 8.5”x11 posting is allowed per event, and the posting cannot remain on this bulletin board after the event has passed. Event promotions may not be posted earlier than two weeks prior to the event date. Any materials not adhering to the above guidelines will be removed and discarded.

Bulletin Board 5: Official School of Music facilities/operation materials

These bulletin boards are for exclusive use of School of Music administration to communicate policy information regarding School of Music facilities and operations. Any materials posted here not generated and posted by School of Music administration will be removed and discarded.
