Midpoint Evaluations in Workday

This document is a tool to guide managers through completing a Midpoint Evaluation in Workday.

Considerations

  • Midpoint Evaluations will launch automatically on January 5, 2026.
  • Midpoint Evaluations must be fully completed by March 2, 2026. 
  • The Midpoint Evaluation covers the time period of July 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025
  • Midpoint Evaluations are required for all performance eligible employees that are not currently within their probationary period.
