1. Confirm that you are connected to the SMPH VPN portal: smph.vpn.wisc.edu

2. Open an internet browser to to the following website: https://citrix.uwhealth.org
3. Enter your UW Health credentials
   1. Prompt for UW Health Multi-factor Authentication
4. Open the link to Citrix
   *NOTE: If this is the first time you are connecting, you will be required to install the Citrix Client
