Before you Start

Notes
- Only one voicemail can be removed at a time
- This portal will not work for voicemail accounts that are not assigned to a netID. For example, an account assigned Jane Smith will have access to the voicemail portal.
- An account named Jane Smith Lab would not have portal access. Those accounts can access the common account voicemail from a phone by Cisco VoIP - Accessing voicemail from a telephone. If you would like to have email notification for a shared account, please contact your authorized user to submit an account change request. Cisco VoIP Request Forms
- The Web Inbox can only contain one voicemail box as netIDs can only be assigned to one voicemail box.
- We recommend using a browser such as Chrome or Firefox.
