Service Level Agreement

Operational aspects of the Enterprise Content Management Service are found in its Service Level Agreement (SLA). The SLA describes Service Operations and responsibilities of the parties involved in its delivery and use. The SLA forms a substantial part of any Partner Agreement for use of the Enterprise Content Management Service.

Terms of Use

The Terms of Use cover usage policies and guidelines of a more general nature than those detailed in the SLA. Users of the Enterprise Content Management Service must adhere to the following University of Wisconsin-System and University of Wisconsin-Madison policies and guidelines (if you are employed by another University of Wisconsin-System campus, your campus may have other policies and guidelines that cover your use of computing resources; please consult with your local authorities to determine if this is true for you):

• UW-Madison - All IT Policies for all students, staff, faculty, and visitors
• UW-Madison - Handling sensitive university data
• UW-Madison - Restricted Data Security Management Policy
• UW-Madison - HIPAA
• Connections to the internet through an untrusted network, either wired or wireless, require the use of secure connections using the WiscVPN service (for UW-Madison users) or a VPN service provided by the partner campus (see Tools to Access Campus Resources Remotely for more information).
