WebNow and eForms are both updated to build 3310 in Test and Dev for Java 7 build 51 compatibility.
Test and Dev are now at build 3310. The new client release is not a required update for continued use. WebNow and eForms are both updated in Test and Dev for Java 7 build 51 compatibility but they DO have a minimal java version requirement to work: Java 7 build 45 (current release as of 12/17/2013). Installing build 3310 in production, we anticipate doing so on January 3, 2014, all systems using WebNow or the eForms server will need to have Java 7 build 45 or higher to function correctly.
Please consult with your IT staff and determine if the holiday season makes Java upgrades an issue for those systems that require WebNow or eForms. Note that if the desktop client is installed with PEDS we can push out desktop client updates, but this does not suffice for browser-based use like WebNow and eForms.
