Up-to-date appointment letter templates for graduate assistantships are available in the Human Resources Recruitment Toolkit.
To use the template:
- Scroll down to the section on "Applicant Communications and Offer Letter Templates"
- Find the "Student Assistant" section
- Click on the appropriate appointment type to download a letter template
- Use your department/unit's letterhead with this appointment letter
