The Office of Human Resources maintains up-to-date appointment letter templates for graduate assistantships in Box.
When a change is made to a letter template, the Box folder linked above will have the most up-to-date version. We recommend downloading the template each time you prepare an offer letter to ensure you have the most recent version.
