ECMS - Perceptive Content update timeframe for February 2026
This document details the Perceptive Content update timeframe for the weeks preceding and including the scheduled Imaging System update.

Update Events
On Thursday, Februay 12, the Perceptive Content update will be applied in production beginning at 6 pm.
Production Perceptive Content will be available during business hours.
Testing
- Start: Week of December 22, 2025
- End: Friday, February 6, 2026
- Report update/testing results by February 6, 2026;

Outage for Imaging System Update
- Start: Thursday, February 12, 2026 at 6:00 pm.
- Finish: Friday, February 13, 2026 by 8:00 am.
- Outage extends until 11:00 am or noon depending on success of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in production
Important actions to perform
Before the update
- Alert your workstation support, so they are available to update and configure workstation clients if necessary.
- Alert your users.
After the update
- Have your workstation support staff on-hand to update and configure workstation clients for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in the production environment.
- Between 8:00 and 11:00 am, Friday, February 13, 2025, test business processes and submit UAT results here:
