ECMS - Perceptive Content update time frame for August 2024

This document details the Perceptive Content patch update time frame for the weeks preceding and week of an Imaging System update/patch.

Patch Events

On Thursday, August 8th, the Perceptive Content patch will be applied in production beginning at 6 pm. Production Perceptive Content will be available during business hours.

Testing

  • Start: Week of July 1st, 2024 (or before)
  • End: Friday, August 2nd, 2024
  • Report patch/testing results by August 2nd, 2024; use Testing Report/Issue Form

Imaging System Patch deployment

  • Start: Thursday, August 8th, 2024 at 6:00 pm.
  • Finish: Friday, August 9th, 2024 by 8:00 am.

Important actions to perform 

Before patch update

  • Alert your workstation support, so they are available to update and configure workstation clients if necessary.
  • Alert your users.

After patch update
