2024-25 Instructional Planning Exercise

L&S Teaching and Learning Administration has started the annual instructional staffing exercise for AY 24-25. TA Plans and Teaching Reports were shared with departments and updates to those documents are to be emailed to teach.learn@ls.wisc.edu by February 7, 2024.
TA Plans and Teaching Reports have been circulated to department chairs and administrators. L&S Teaching and Learning administration asks departments to submit updated versions of those documents to teach.learn@ls.wisc.edu by February 7, 2024:
- TA Plans: The attached document includes our current understanding of TA appointments in your department. Please check for accuracy and make updates as needed.
- Detailed instructions are available on the L&S KB
- Contact Lynne Prost (lprost@wisc.edu) with questions.
- Teaching Report: Please review and update the attached Teaching Report draft.
- The ‘Teaching loads’ page contains information from your 2023-24 teaching report; please review and update this page as needed.
- Please complete the information on the ‘Teaching Assignments’ and ‘Course Releases’ pages with your 24-25 plans.
- Detailed instructions are available on the L&S KB.

We are also accepting STS requests for the 2024-25 academic year.
- Send your STS requests via the Instructional Staffing Request form as needed. We will need a completed copy of your 2024-25 Teaching Report to review the requests.
