Zoom - Known Issue - Instructors not Populated as Alternative Hosts in Student-Created Meetings [UW-Madison]

Instructors are not auto-populated as alternative hosts when students create meetings in the Zoom-Canvas integration.
When students create a session in the Zoom-Canvas integration, instructors are not auto-populated as alternative hosts.

Affects

  • Instructors teaching a course where the Zoom-Canvas integration is used.
  • Students creating a meeting in the Zoom-Canvas integration.

Workaround

Students must manually add instructors as alternative hosts when creating the meeting.
