HelioCampus AC - Eval Results - Student Survey Completion Audit (Instructors)[UW-Madison]
This HelioCampus AC document explains how to access a list of students who have completed an evaluation.
In HelioCampus AC, some departments can display a list of students who have completed an evaluation. Please note that:
- A very small number of departments have this feature enabled. If you would like this enabled for your department, please talk to your HelioCampus AC Department Administrator to see if it is possible.
- You can only access this list while the results are still pending.
Loading a list of students who completed the evaluation
- Navigate to HelioCampus AC.
- Locate the My Course Evaluation widget.
- Select the orange notification circle beside the course that says Results Delayed.
- HelioCampus AC will display a list of all students who completed the evaluation.
- If you would like to save the list, highlight all names and copy it into a document, such as Excel or Google Sheets. There is not a built-in option to download the list.
Note: This list constitutes an academic record, protected by FERPA. If you choose to save this list, store it in a secure place (such as an access-protected Box folder). Delete the information when it is no longer needed.
