TurnItIn - Similarity Reports not Generated

A number of users have reported that TurnItIn similarity reports for student submissions in Canvas are not being generated.
A number of TurnItIn users have reported that similarity reports aren't being generated for Canvas submissions. The first report of this issue was received on November 21. Since then, the Learn@UW-Madison team is and have been working with both Instructure and TurnItIn to resolve the issue, however we do not currently have a timeline for when it will be resolved. Updates to the issue will be posted here as they become available.
As of December 4, 2019 Instructure and TurnItIn are still working to identify and resolve the issue.
As of December 11, 2019 TurnItIn has insisted that issue is stemming from submissions not being sent properly from Canvas. Talks with Instructure to resolve are still ongoing.If you are experiencing please the contact the DoIt Help Desk.
