Turnitin - Unexpected issues

Turnitin is currently experiencing some unexpected issues.
At 6:14 am (CT) Turnitin reported some unexpected service degradation. Since then, users have been experiencing slower generations times for similarity reports. Turnitin is actively working on the issue and it should be resolved soon.
If you believe that you are experiencing issues related to this service degradation, please wait 24 hours from when the submissions to Turnitin were submitted to see if the issues have been resolved (you may have to resubmit the submissions). If the issues are not resolved by then, please contact the DoIT Help Desk.
The Learn@UW-Madison team is monitoring the issue and will update this news item as the situation develops. You can also follow the issue at Turnitin's statuspage entry for this incident.
