Kaltura Mediaspace - Unable to Edit Captions (6/20)[RESOLVED]

Users report that the Captions textbox appears gray, and does not accept text.
Kaltura Mediaspace users report being unable to edit captions on media. The textbox which contains captions appears gray, and users cannot type or paste text into it. Learn@UW Support received multiple reports of this around 9:30AM on Monday, June 20.
As of 1:30PM, this issue appears to be resolved.
