The issues affecting Learn@UW login are confirmed to have been corrected as of 12:50pm.
Preliminary findings have determined that D2L application servers that had not been properly configured for SAML (Wisconsin Federation) authentication were erroneously activated in production this morning as part of the resolution process to the earlier service outage.
