RESOLVED - Canvas: Current Issue with Rosters and Student/Instructor Access

As of 10:00am Thursday 9/8/16, this issue has been resolved. Any further problems related to accessing Canvas should be reported to the DoIT Help Desk.
DoIT technologists are investigating reports of inaccurate class rosters in Canvas that may be preventing some students from accessing their Canvas course sites.
Some students are reporting losing access unexpectedly to their Canvas course. Some instructors are reporting inaccurate class rosters in Canvas as compared with rosters listed in the Faculty Center.
DoIT technologists are aware of the issue and are currently investigating. More information will be posted as it becomes available. Thank you for your patience during this busy time of the semester.
