Blackboard Collaborate Ultra: April Release (4/2/17)

Blackboard plans to introduce new features to be released on Sunday, April 2, 2017. The update will not cause a disruption in service and will include the following improvements:
- * Users will be able to provide real-time feedback in a session (e.g., Agree, Happy, Faster). The selected feedback appears with a user's avatar on the main screen, in the Participants panel, and in Chat. After 30 seconds the feedback disappears.
- * Users can access a tutorial within the session, which is expected to help acclimate new users to the interface. This new feature will be available via the Settings menu.
- * Improved chat panel user experience for screen reader and keyboard users.
