Blackboard Collaborate Ultra: May Release (5/7/17)

Blackboard plans to deploy a maintenance release on Sunday, May 7, 2017. The update will not cause a disruption in service and will include the following improvements:
- Easier access for users to select agree or disagree as real-time feedback
- Ability to drag and drop the Participants panel to detach and reattach
- The location of the Participants panel is remembered by the browser
- The chat transcript file extension change to .txt for easier use
