RESOLVED - Learn@UW/D2L - Content and Manage Files Errors

As of 3:50 PM today, October 4th, the issue has been resolved, and users should no longer be experiencing errors within the Content tool, Manage Files tool, or in other areas of Learn@UW/D2L.
Previously, starting at approximately 2:00 PM, users may have experienced Internal Errors or other server related errors while accessing the Content tool or Manage Files tool. Other areas within Learn@UW/D2L involving files may be affected, such as widgets or homepages.
This is affected both UWS and UWM Learn@UW/D2L instances.
