Big Interview is a job interview training tool used to practice and improve interview skills to prepare for the interview process.
Big Resume, a feature within Big Interview, provides lessons on resume best practices, offers downloadable resume templates, and uses customized scoring guides to provide AI feedback (called ResumeAI) to optimize resumes.

Basic Functionality
Within Big Interview, students and staff users can:
- Browse common interview question guides and answers
- Watch video lessons and engage in modules to learn about job searching and interviewing
- Select from curated sets of questions for more than 1,000 professions in over 200 industries to learn the right approach to interviewing and build interview answers
- Record answers to interview questions and receive AI generated and/or instructor provided feedback
Within Big Resume, students and staff users can:
- Download and adapt resume templates
- Watch video lessons about writing resumes, cover letters, and thank you notes
- Upload a resume and receive AI generated feedback and/or instructor provided comments
- Create an AI generated cover letter by uploading their resume and providing a job description
Advanced Functionality
- Within Big Interview, org admins can create custom interview question sets and/or interview assignments
- Within Big Resume, org admins can upload resume templates, create customized scoring guides to inform AI generated feedback for scanned resumes, and/or invite users to a specific scoring guide
