All School of Music faculty and staff can attend any Mead Witter School of Music event at the Hamal Music Center free of charge. Complimentary ticket request should be sent to the School of Music communications manager at least 24 hours prior to a scheduled performance. The request should include an email contact. All complimentary tickets will be distributed via email, unless a box office pickup is preferred. Complimentary tickets received via email will not need to visit the box office to claim the ticket.
Music faculty who are performing at a School of Music event at the Hamel Music Center are allowed up to four additional complimentary tickets. Non-faculty artists who are performing at a School of Music event at the Hamel Music Center are allowed up to two complimentary tickets per artist. Music staff are allowed one ticket each per School of Music event at the Hamel Music Center.
Additional complimentary ticket requests can be made to the School of Music communications manager up to 24 hours prior to a scheduled performance. Requests made outside of that window cannot be honored. Additional complimentary ticket requests are based on ticket availability and cannot be guaranteed. Additional requests will be confirmed via email.
