When an On Study date is entered in the Subject Console > On Study tab and the Submit button is entered, a unique number to the protocol is assigned to the subject. The numbering system is sequential starting at 1 and accepts special characters for the prefix. Note: a prefix and starting number can be designated by clicking the "Edit" hyperlink next to this field. The automated number cannot be changed once assigned. Do not select the Randomization Block or Stratification Block option in the drop-down menu unless the OnCore Support has been consulted. |
