If study coordinators need assistance in generating a Sequence Number for enrolled subjects, it is recommended to set the OnCore: DFD - Automated Sequence No. field to 'Yes'

• OnCore will generate a sequence number for each subject registered to the protocol.
  
  
• By default, the sequence number will start with 1.
  
  
• A prefix number sequence and starting sequence number can be defined by selecting the Edit hyperlink that appears after selecting 'Yes'.
  • The window contains the fields for defining a Sequence No. Prefix and/or the Starting Sequence No.
    
    
• The auto-generated sequence number will increment by one, regardless of the starting sequence number.
