REDCap: Cost of using REDCap
The cost of using SMPH REDCap for your research electronic data capture needs is $200 per REDCap research project per year. The REDCap fees will be charged when the project initially goes into Production, and annually thereafter until the project is moved to Analysis/Cleanup. A service agreement can be found here. Once completed, it can be returned to redcap@ictr.wisc.edu.
Projects NOT considered research and NOT requiring IRB review/approval (i.e. for administrative purposes) can use REDCap at no cost.
NOTE: One clinical research study could use multiple REDCap projects to address the study specific research data capture needs. The cost is per REDCap project, not per study, therefore one (1) study that uses five (5) REDCap projects to collect research study data will cost $1000/year ($200/project/year x 5 projects = $1000/year)
