Update: Systems Access Request Will be Unavailable Wednesday, June 25th

REDCap downtime has been moved to June 25th. During the downtime, users will not be able to submit account requests through the Single Access Request form. If possible, please hold your access requests until REDCap is back online.
REDCap will be offline starting at 12:00 AM on Wednesday, June 25th. We expect REDCap to be back online by Thursday, June 26 (10 PM).
What this means:
During the downtime, users will not be able to submit account requests through the Single Access Request form. If possible, please hold your access requests until REDCap is back online.
Users will also not have access to any REDCap lookup reports.
For urgent access needs during REDCap downtime, such as eBinders monitor requests, you can submit your requests via email: oncoresupport@wisc.edu
