| Identifier Type | This field is only used to capture secondary numbers used to identify subjects during their participation in a specific trial. These numbers may be assigned by a sponsor or study team for reasons such as drug assignments, kit number tracking or a screening number assignment that differs from sequence ID after enrollment.
For example, some sponsors will assign a screening number to a subject and then assign a subject ID when the subject is enrolled. |
