1. The meeting began at 1:00 p.m.

2. Minutes of the meeting of October 28, 2013 were approved as presented.

3. The committee requested information about visitor parking from Vice Chancellor Bazzell.

4. Feedback about the Advisory Board’s Report on Restructuring the Division of International Studies should be directed to Provost DeLuca with a courtesy copy to the advisory board.

5. Motion made (Farrar Edwards) and seconded to convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(c), and (f) to discuss personnel matters.  Unanimous.

6. The meeting adjourned at 3:09 p.m.
