Webex App - Turn off your Video for all Incoming Calls
If you don't like sharing your video during calls, you no longer need to worry about turning off your video on a call-by-call basis. If you're set up for it, you now have the option to turn off your video automatically for all incoming calls.

Click your profile picture, select Settings, and then go to Calling. |

Uncheck the Answer calls with my video on check box and then click Save. |
