Cisco VoIP - Adding phone contacts to your personal address book

How to add phone contacts to your personal address book on your phone

You must first be logged into the Self Care Portal, see Cisco VoIP - Self Care Portal

Phone contacts are accessible from the phone by navigating to Directories - Personal Directories - Personal Address Book. This can be used to store common contacts that can be dialed directly from the phone. You will need to log into the phone with your NetID and telephone PIN to access this content. Please note that the directories cannot be accessed from the Jabber clients. There is not a way to add a phone book/contact list to Jabber.  This directory cannot be access from the Webex app. However, Webex has its own contact list. Webex App - Add Someone to your Contacts List
