Cisco VoIP - Identifying Cisco Phones, Headsets and Misc Accessories
This document will explain how to identify different Cisco phone and Jabra headset models. Please note: we will only support the following equipment purchased through Shop@UW or the VoIP Project Team.
Note - When purchasing desk phones and miscellaneous accessories from ShopUW+, please do the following:
- Login to ShopUW+
- Select IT Supplies from the Guided Buying section
- Select MDS Warehouse MDS Corestock under IT Suppliers section
- Search "VoIP" in the search text box
Note - When purchasing headsets from ShopUW+, please do the following:
- Login to ShopUW+
- Select IT Supplies from the Guided Buying section
- Select B&H Photo under IT Suppliers section
- Search for the Jabra headsets that are listed below
Desktop wired phones will plug into network jacks. The phones will also include 1-Gigabit ports for those office areas where network jacks are limited and a desktop computer can then be plugged into the phone.
