This document details how to download a voicemail message from the Voicemail portal

Download the Voicemail File

  1. Log in to the voicemail website.
  2. Click on a voicemail message.
  3. Right-click the attached .wav file.

  1. Select "Open in a new tab."
  2. Click on the three dots, and choose the option to download the file.
