KB Server Maintenance, Thursday, August 14th from 7:00 PM to 7:45 PM

The KB (Knowledge Base) server will be down for maintenance on Thursday evening, August 14th. All KB websites and pertinent Help Desk tools (running on helpdesk.wisc.edu) will be unavailable from 7:00 PM through 7:45 PM.
This maintenance outage is necessary for OS security patches and other updates. Please see DoIT change record 6502 for more details.
