Upgrade of Voice Services Server to Impact some Services

The upgrade will start at 6 PM on Tuesday, March 30th, and go to Thursday, April 1st (2010). Some Voice Services will be affected.
The Mysoft telemanagement system will be out of service starting 6pm Tuesday, March 30 to allow a new version of the software to be installed. The following tools will not be available during the upgrade:
- Telephone Activity Reports (TAR’s)
- Cellular ordering web forms
- TAR name change update tool
- Line lookup tool
- Authorized user lookup tool
We anticipate the service will again be available by Thursday, April 1st, or earlier. We apologize for the inconvenience.
