Calabrio ONE: Change default notification settings

How to change the default notification settings. If you do not have a notification that a download has been completed, you will not be able to access that file. This does not apply to bulk exports.
  1. Log into Calabrio ONE
  2. Click on Application Management in the top toolbar.
  3. Find the Monitoring tile, click Notifications
  4. Select the following options:
    1. What Do You Want to Do? Edit or delete an existing notification group
    2. Notification Scope: These notifications are sent only to me
    3. Select Notification Group: Select Default
  5. Under Notification Types: Make sure that Recording Export (Business) is in the Assigned Table.
  6. Under Real Time Notifications
    1. Check Deliver notifications as alerts to have notifications within the Calabrio website. You will see the notification in the upper right corner of the website next to your name. Screenshot of a notification
    2. Check Deliver notifications as emails to have the notification emailed to you. Please note that this can only be delivered to your netid@wisc.edu address. The email will only be the notification; there will not be any audio files attached.
    3. Uncheck the Limit the number of notifications for each event to times. We recommend that you uncheck this box because you cannot download files if you do not receive the notification.
