Cisco VoIP - Supported Cisco Phones, Headsets and Misc Accessories
This document will provide technical details for the different supported Cisco phones and recommend headsets that have been tested with the Cisco VoIP system and video conferencing platforms. Please note: we will only support the headsets listed in this document. Any other equipment is supported on a best-effort basis.
How to Purchase VoIP Equipment
When purchasing desk phones and miscellaneous accessories from ShopUW+, please do the following:
- Navigate to Workday and login
- From the Navigation Menu, select Organization | Procurement & AP UW
- Under MDS Core Stock, select the Request from Inventory link
- Edit your Requisition Details on the right side pane with the following options:
- Requesting Entity - MDS Core Stock
- Requisition Type - 1 CATALOG - ShopUW & University Warehouse
- Save changes
- Search "Cisco VoIP" in the search text box that says "Search for Goods and Services"
When purchasing headsets from ShopUW+, please do the following:
- Navigate to Workday and login
- From the Navigation Menu, select Organization | Procurement & AP UW
- Under Connect to ShopU..., select the Request Catalog Items & Access ShopU... link
- Select Connect on the ShopUW+ row
- Under IT Supplies | IT Suppliers, choose your preferred supplier
- We recommend using B&H Photo or CDW as these vendors have quick delivery times and discounted deals
- Search for the Jabra or Cisco headsets that are listed below
