Cisco VoIP - Identifying Cisco Phones and headsets

This document will explain how to identify different Cisco phone and Jabra headset models. Please note: we will only support the following equipment purchased through the DoIT Tech Store, Shop@UW or the VoIP Project Team.

Desktop wired phones will plug into network jacks.  The phones will also include 1-Gigabit ports for those office areas where network jacks are limited and a desktop computer can then be plugged into the phone.
