How to install a Cisco VoIP phone with a PC

  1. Plug the Ethernet cable (cord 1) into the port on the back of the phone that has the computer symbol
    2. shows the first cord 1 plugged into the computer pass through port on back of the cisco phone
  2. Unplug the Ethernet cable (cord 2) that goes into the computer and replace it with the other end of cord 1
    3. Shows ethernet cable plugged into ethernet network port on back of tower PC
  3. Plug cord 2 into the port on the back of the phone with the 3 boxes
    4. shows cable labeled cord 2 plugged into the network port on the back of the phone with 3 box symbol labeled for network passthrough
  4. Connect the power cord to the back of the phone
    5. shows the power cable plugged into the back of the cisco phone labeled as Power Cable
