The L&S Gifts form is used by L&S departments and programs to send the following requests related to gift management:
- Disbursements from the Foundation to 233 funding
- Fund management requests from UW Foundation
- Student org support
- Vendor payments
- Accounting Transfers
- Fund closures
- Reinvestments
- Other questions to the gift managers
