Housing Check In Procedures

Procedures for setting up and taking down the housing check in station.
Before Check In:
  • Set up tables with tablecloths
  • Set up check-in stations with computers, lanyards, pens, markers, cash envelopes, and advising sheets
  • Set up the credit card machine and cash box
  • Stuff parent bags and student bags
  • Print and highlight the rosters
After Check In:
  • Pack-up materials
  • Print credit card summary report and bring it back to Union South
  • Bring payments, rosters, and cash back to Union south in an envelope
  • Inventory (once per week)
