Housing Check In Procedures
Procedures for setting up and taking down the housing check in station.
Before Check In:
- Set up tables with tablecloths
- Set up check-in stations with computers, lanyards, pens, markers, cash envelopes, and advising sheets
- Set up the credit card machine and cash box
- Stuff parent bags and student bags
- Print and highlight the rosters
After Check In:
- Pack-up materials
- Print credit card summary report and bring it back to Union South
- Bring payments, rosters, and cash back to Union south in an envelope
- Inventory (once per week)
