Collecting Fees

Fees charged by the SOAR office are not collected when people make a reservation. They are invoiced 2 weeks prior to a students' SOAR session. Students do not have to have paid the balance due to attend SOAR. We will collect it later. SOAR fees can be taken care of upon arrival at SOAR via check, visa or master card. SOAR fees can also be paid after attending SOAR. There will be a hold on a students account to register for the next semester of classes if they do not pay their SOAR fees.
How to Pay:
  • Students can pay these fees online by credit card by going to the following website: https://register.soar.wisc.edu/register/ww/payment/Default.aspx
  • Students can pay when they check-in to SOAR by credit card or check.
Entering Payments into the Payment Tracker

After check-in cash and check payments need to be entered into an spreadsheet. This may be in the O Drive:
Click on SOAR --- Administrative --- Reservation System --- Payment Information --- 20xx
Or it may be in a shared Google Drive. Ask an Operations Intern.
