ECMS - August 2026 Imaging Update Timeline
This document provides an outline of important dates related to the 13 August 2026 upgrade of Perceptive Content.

- June 17 - August 21: New work/Onboarding work freeze
- Week of July 6 (or earlier): The test environment will be available for testing.
- July 24: Batch cleanup must be performed by this date.
- August 7: Results of testing are due - complete this form to submit testing results: https://uwmadison.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_1AdG4pcbECvt6zY
- Evening of August 13: The PRODUCTION ECM/Imaging Service will be unavailable while the update is applied
- Morning of August 14: User Acceptance Testing (UAT) – you will need to invest time for post-update testing and approval. See Sequence of Events for ECMS/Imaging Update August 13 and 14 for more information.
- . THE IMAGING SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR GENERAL USE UNTIL AFTER USER ACCEPTANCE POST-UPDATE TESTING HAS BEEN COMPLETED!
- Please ensure that your business processes still function as expected after the update is implemented into production USING THE SAME INFRASTRUCTURE YOU USED TO TEST. Please submit your test results using the survey Submit User Acceptance Testing (UAT) results before 11:00 a.m. If necessary, the decision to rollback the update will be made at noon.
- When we successfully conclude acceptance testing, we will increment the PEDS service and clients configured for PEDS will begin to update when they are launched (using the Desktop shortcut or the Windows Tray icon). If you use PEDS to update clients, please tell your staff to be patient and allow the update to conclude without interruption. If your staff need to access documents on the Imaging system before they have the correct version of the client on their workstation, they can use Titan (https://imaging.wisc.edu/Titan/home)
