ECMS - I need access to documents stored in the Imaging system
In the event a user can not access documents in the Imaging system, this document explains how to request a new Imaging account, request that an existing account be reactivated, or add folder/group access to an existing account.

If you can't access documents in Imaging (e.g., you receive an error message like "The system cannot establish a connection. Re-enter User name and/or Password."), you can request an account, or that your account be reactivated by contacting the data approver for the documents you are trying to access.

Some integrations with the Imaging system are comprehensive enough to call out specific approaches (e.g, WISER for financial documents and APIR for course proposal documentation).
