Two Factor Authentication changes for Imaging coming 1-17

On Wednesday morning 01-17-2024, the Imaging Service will no longer support the\"old\" connection method for the Perceptive Content client
Instead you will need to use the new connection profiles that have been available to you since 11-29-2023.
The new connection profile is labeled “ECMS Production.” This new connection profile is functional for everyone and will point them to their respective “Where Are You From” pages to authenticate username and password AND will include your two factor authentication method if enabled by your campus.
• For most UW-Madison Imaging users, when using the “ECMS Production” connection profile you will use your netid as your username (without @wisc.edu).
• For most UW-Milwaukee users, when using the “ECMS Production” connection profile you will use your pantherid as your username (without @uwm.edu).
Please communicate the above with all the users of your Imaging implementation.
