Program recruitment cards funded by the Graduate School

The Graduate School will design and print custom recruitment cards for a limited number of graduate programs each year, using two template options.
These cards are intended for use during the post-application recruitment phase, along with additional materials available at the "See Also" link below.

Requests are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis, for programs that can meet content requirements.  Content will need to fit into a pre-designed template:

Content requirements are:
  • Narrative version:
Statement answering the question “Why Wisconsin?”  For example, “We are the number one Curriculum & Instruction program in the country for a reason."

Description of 200 to 230 words describing how great your program is, separated into two to four topics.

or
  • Numbers version:
Four stats about your program/field with sources.  For example “Top 10% Best Graduate School for Social Policy, U.S. News & World Report” or “24% Job growth expected for Occupational Therapy in 2016-2026, Bureau of Labor Statistics Job Outlook”

Quote from a student or alum of about 60 words.

If you are interested and can provide content for one of the above versions, please contact Alissa Ewer, alissa.ewer@wisc.edu.  Limited to funding availability.  At least six weeks advance notice is needed, to allow for design, editing, and printing (up to 500 copies).
