GSTS - Academic Advisement Report (Students)

This document provides an overview of how graduate students can access their Academic Advisement Report using the Graduate Student Tracking System (GSTS). This GSTS report provides and tracks the academic requirements a student needs in order to complete a Master’s or Doctoral degree program at the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

Note: This report is based on the requirements in the Guide (https://guide.wisc.edu).  Please be aware that prior coursework and course exceptions/waivers may not be reflected.  This report also does not track double majors, dual degrees, or joint degrees. In addition, due to significant changes in policy to graduate degree requirements in Fall 2014, students who began prior to this time will not have a report.

Steps

1. Go to: https://my.wisc.edu/, and use your NetID and password to log into your MyUW account.

Note: Students will also be prompted to enter Multi-Factor Authentication.
